The camera cage for the Sony VENICE Extension System Mini is a precision-engineered expansion system designed to enhance the functionality, stability, and rigging flexibility of the VENICE Rialto Mini configuration while maintaining a compact form factor.

Specifically constructed for the VENICE Extension System Mini, this cage retains the size advantage and balance of the camera, making it ideal for handheld, gimbal, and vehicle-mounted shooting scenarios. The custom modular design adds essential mounting points and structural reinforcements without interfering with camera operation, cable access, or the filter workflow.

Multiple integrated cable pass-throughs on the left, right, as well as the top and bottom rear allow for clean and flexible cable management across various setups. Connections remain secure and organized while reducing strain on the ports.

The cage features two ARRI-standard rosettes for rosette side handles and extension arms, enabling stable handheld control. Combined with compatibility for 15mm LWS and 19mm studio baseplate systems, seamless transitions between tripod, shoulder, gimbal, and specialty rigs are possible.

Key camera functions remain fully accessible, including the internal ND filter slot for quick filter changes. Additionally, the cage enhances the stability of the PL mount by securing Sony's PL-E adapter with four mounting screws, increasing rigidity when using heavy cine lenses.
