Depending on the direction of the flow when it hits the vane, higher or lower measurement results can be obtained. This can prevent the ventilation system from being optimally adjusted.

Together with a funnel, the volumetric flow straightener testovent 417 perfectly assists in volumetric flow measurement at swirl outlets. It transforms the turbulent flow into a nearly uniform flow, which can then be reliably captured with an optional vane anemometer.

In this set, you will receive the volumetric flow straightener testovent 417 and two funnels for ventilation grilles and circular diffusers. The practical carrying case allows for easy transport of the funnels and the straightener. For volumetric flow measurement, you will also need a suitable vane anemometer, which can be ordered separately.
