Product details
The flexible oven sensor (thermocouple type T) can be used for temperature measurement at high temperatures up to +250 °C. It is heat-resistant, as the sensor cable is made of PTFE. This makes it suitable for temperature monitoring in the oven during food preparation. Particularly practical for use in the food sector is that the sensor is compliant with EN 13485 and HACCP when used with an appropriate measuring device (e.g., testo 926, testo 735).
