The testoterm measurement points are self-adhesive, temperature-sensitive films that react to specific temperature exceedances with a color change. They are ideally suited for monitoring the temperature of products and processes where a specific temperature should not be exceeded.

The measurement points are supplied in a booklet containing 50 pieces each. They can be easily peeled off the booklet like stickers and adhered to the object being measured. Once the specified temperature point (+71 °C) is exceeded, the measurement point changes color within 2 to 3 seconds. The coloration is irreversible: once the temperature has been exceeded, the measurement point does not lose its color, even if the temperature drops again. This allows for the detection of a critical temperature exceedance even after a long time.
