Tektronix Current probe, amplifier, 100MHz

The AC/DC current clamp systems TCPA300 and TCPA400 are the ideal solution for all current measurement problems. Thanks to split-core technology combined with a Hall probe, measurements from DC up to 100 MHz are possible at signal levels from under 1 mA to several thousand amperes. All oscilloscopes with a 50 Ω input can be directly connected to the TCPA series. When the current measurement systems are operated with oscilloscopes featuring TEKPROBE Level II or TekConnect interfaces, all parameters are automatically adopted by the connected oscilloscope. The TCP300/TCP400 current measurement systems can be seamlessly integrated into your TDS series oscilloscope. In combination with the probes TCP312, TCP305, or TCP303, the TCPA300 amplifier covers a very wide current measurement range, bridging the gap between measuring small currents in the milliampere range and measuring very high currents. The three probes offer current measurement ranges of 30 A, 50 A, and 150 A DC continuously. The TCPA300/400 series can even be used with non-TEKPROBE systems for accurate current measurements by simply multiplying the output voltage measured on the oscilloscope by the set measurement range of the TCPA300/400 series.
