This onsite warranty extension is provided by Technogroup. With a Technogroup maintenance contract you protect yourself against unplanned additional costs for repairs, support and maintenance of your system.
Depending on the chosen on-site warranty, defective components of your system will be repaired or replaced.
After registering your Support Pack, you will receive access to the Technogroup Service Desk. You can then call up the services via the Technogroup hotline.
Please select the coverage amount of the Synology System license including all components (hard drives / SSD / PCI cards / additional RAM). Only complete, operational Synology NAS systems can be registered and activated. Single products and single components are excluded.
For example; NAS: 2000 CHF + RAM: 120 CHF + HD: 500 CHF results in a total of 2620 CHF, so a coverage amount of up to 3000 CHF is required here.
A separate license must be purchased for expansion units.
This on-site warranty extension can only be purchased when purchasing a new NAS. The Post Warranty Pack can be purchased for already purchased NAS. (Max. 1 year after purchase of the NAS). The Post Warranty Pack is also used to extend an existing Technogroup warranty extension.
The specified warranty period runs from the date of activation (activation possible up to max. 3 months after purchase).
