Conax Decryption Module

CI+ modules are used in receivers with a Common Interface Plus (CI+ slot) to decrypt encoded data, such as pay-TV or pay-radio. The function of Chipset Pairing (CSP) is suitable for the M7 BasisHD package via cable TV.

The Common Interface technology allows for the use of various CI+ modules, thereby creating the conditions for easy and individual use of different access authorization systems. Receivers with CI+ are therefore very flexible and, above all, future-proof.

The authorization to use the decryption method provided by the respective CI+ module is verified through a smart card (authentication). A smart card is essential for the final decryption of the transmitted data.

The module is compatible with devices up to CI+ version 1.4.
