Simultaneous Drying and Printing
By replacing the standard AMS cover, the AMS heater allows for active filament drying during printing. This makes an external dryer unnecessary and reduces moisture-related printing errors.

Fast, Even Heating
The PTC-based heater reaches a constant 70 °C in about 20 minutes, thanks to a dual airflow system that prevents hotspots and warping.

Intelligent Humidity Control
The device is equipped with humidity monitoring and has a standard temperature of 55 °C in RH mode, with a runtime of six hours. It automatically reactivates when humidity exceeds 50% and shuts off when it drops below 20%. Users can also set a target humidity between 25% and 50%.

Compact, Space-Saving Upgrade
The AMS heater seamlessly mounts onto the AMS. Installation takes only about two minutes and requires simply loosening, replacing, and tightening. It supports up to 16 stacked spools, ensuring a compact design.

Integrated Safety Features
The combination of PTC heating, a thermostat switch that triggers at temperatures above 115 °C, and real-time software control of the fan and heater ensures safe and reliable operation.
