The adapter connects via the 32-bit PCI slot, providing a low-profile PCIe slot in its place. A standard slot bracket is also included for installation in larger server or desktop expansion slots that can accommodate standard-sized cards.

The PCI to PCI Express adapter features an innovative bracket design that securely holds the low-profile PCI Express card in the converted slot.
