With this 30 cm long 22-pin SATA power and data extension cable, you can increase the range between internal SATA power and data connections and a SATA hard drive by up to 30 cm. The extension simplifies the installation of the drive and overcomes common connection limitations. The risk of damage to the SATA ports of the drive or the motherboard is reduced by eliminating the strain or stretching of the cable needed to establish the required data connection.
