Marvel's Avengers is an epic third-person action-adventure that combines a unique, cinematic story with single-player and cooperative gameplay. Form an online team of up to four players, master extraordinary abilities, customize an ever-expanding roster of heroes, and defend the Earth against escalating threats.

Marvel's Avengers begins on A-Day, when Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow, and Thor open a high-tech Avengers headquarters in San Francisco. The celebration ends tragically when a mysterious enemy provokes a catastrophic accident that leads to massive destruction. Blamed for the tragedy, the Avengers disband. Five years later – with all superheroes deemed outlaws and the world in danger – a breathtaking adventure begins as a determined young woman named Kamala Khan sets out to reunite the Avengers and break the uncontrolled power of a new secret organization called AIM.

Marvel's Avengers continuously expands the epic journey with new heroes and storylines to create the ultimate Avengers gaming experience. Marvel's Avengers will be released on September 4, 2020, for PlayStation 4. Additionally, PlayStation 5 owners will receive a free upgrade to the PS5 version of the game. Players can also enjoy cross-generation play between PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
