RIGS takes place in the near future and is a launch title developed for PlayStation VR, a virtual reality system for PlayStation 4, where players control massive, mechanized sports combat machines known as RIGS. These challengers and their teams compete against each other in stunning, specially built RIGS arenas located in major cities around the world. Building on the FPS skills for which Guerrilla is known, RIGS offers a new perspective by adding highly advanced and athletic combat machines along with competitive sports.
