Safety Instructions: Lithium cells should only be operated with protective electronics! Please note that lithium cells may only be used by authorized personnel. Improper handling or short circuits can lead to fire or explosion.
Additional Features: Lithium-ion batteries are thermally stable and do not suffer from memory effect. They operate on the basis of lithium and are characterized by a high energy density.
Notes: Charging lithium-ion batteries requires a special charger that charges the batteries according to a specific charging method (CCCV = constant current, constant voltage). Batteries must not be charged above a voltage of 4.2 volts, as this poses a risk of fire and explosion. It is advantageous to charge the batteries only up to about 4.1 volts, as this significantly increases their lifespan or number of charge cycles (potentially doubling it). Only lithium-ion chargers should be used for charging.
