Improve your daily training habits, get in shape, and unveil a new, legendary body! This new edition includes all the basic functions of Fitness Boxing and adds characters and environments from the world of Fist of the North Star, resulting in truly effective workouts.

You'll be trained by characters from Fist of the North Star! The Fitness Boxing series is a boxing training game in which players use the Joy-Con to perform different punches like in a rhythm game while being guided by trainers played by famous voice actors. In Fitness Boxing: Fist of the North Star, Kenshiro, the protagonist of Fist of the North Star, and his rivals accompany the players as trainers.

A new "Fight" mode has been added where you can defeat opponents like in a rhythm game. The game includes two modes that allow you to experience workouts with more action: the Bandit Fight, where you can knock down countless bandits with your punches, and the Boss Fight, where you can take on Kenshiro's rivals such as Raoh.

Music and costumes further enrich your experience with Fist of the North Star. Background music is essential during training, and the game includes Fist of the North Star classics such as Aio Torimodose, Tough Boy, Yuria Eienni, and Silent Survivor, as well as original songs customized for each character—20 songs in total.

The characters' outfits can be changed according to their mood, and many original outfits are included, so check out all the new outfits never before seen in Fist of the North Star.

Popular Fitness Boxing functions remain unchanged. To motivate you to train at home and make it a daily routine, the game continues the series' popular support features, such as the alarm function and the ability to skip actions you're struggling with.
