The i-CON 1 MK2 electronics station from ERSA has been developed to meet the demands of higher working temperatures and the increasingly smaller process windows of lead-free soldering processes. The electronics station features the extremely small, lightweight, ergonomic, and powerful soldering iron i-TOOL MK2. The i-CON-MK2 series is naturally antistatic. • Three energy power levels that adjust the heating element based on the required heat demand. At the highest setting, the system delivers maximum power, while at the low setting, the power is strictly regulated with no overshoot allowed.
• The process window visually informs the operator if the temperature leaves the selected temperature process window.
• With the i-Set TOOL option, additional soldering stations from the i-CON MK2 series can be automatically configured and locked. Station settings can be easily and quickly downloaded from one i-CON MK2 to the i-Set TOOL using a USB stick and transferred to another station within 5 seconds. The power cable is not included.
