The SmallRig AD-50 Max Video Carbon Fiber Tripod 5201 is designed for professional filmmakers working outdoors. Featuring FreeSpeed technology, it has a one-step locking system that allows for quick locking of two leg sections with a single lever. The carbon fiber tripod is lightweight while providing exceptional stability and high load capacity. Its working height ranges from 35 cm to 174 cm, with a compact storage length of 84 cm. The tripod includes a quick-release mid-spreader and a compact fluid head with a damping system that enables smooth camera pans. With a center of gravity height of 55 mm, the pan and preset counterweight system helps to precisely control cameras or other rigs weighing up to 4 kg and provides good counterbalance. The video head can support up to 8 kg. It features a redesigned snap-on quick-release plate that offers a more efficient mounting solution than traditional sliding plates and is compatible with the DJI RS series as well as the 501PL quick-release plate for easy switching between stabilizer and tripod shots. The kit also includes 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching accessories like Magic Arms, as well as an integrated flat head screw for convenient camera installation and removal. It weighs only 3.6 kg.
