Product details

Designed for strength and stability. The integration of 15% chopped glass fibers creates a robust internal structure within the PET matrix, enhancing mechanical properties and reducing deformation. The result is prints with high dimensional accuracy and strength, suitable for functional prototypes and end-use parts.

Engineered for outdoor and industrial applications. The UV resistance of Fibreheart PET-GF ensures durability in outdoor environments, while low moisture absorption maintains performance in humid conditions. These features make it ideal for applications such as outdoor equipment and tools, drones and robotics components, and automotive parts that require heat resistance.

Optimized printing performance. To achieve optimal results, use a hardened steel nozzle with a diameter of 0.4 - 1.0 mm and set the nozzle temperature to 300 degrees Celsius. A build plate temperature of 80 degrees Celsius is recommended, with the cooling fan turned off. Annealing the printed parts for 4 hours at 95 degrees Celsius can further enhance heat resistance and raise the heat dissipation temperature to up to 120 degrees Celsius.
