Improved Mechanical Properties
By adding 10% chopped glass fibers, the tensile strength, stiffness, and impact toughness of the filament are significantly enhanced compared to standard ASA. This reinforcement makes ASA-GF suitable for applications that require exceptional durability, especially in high-temperature environments.

Excellent Thermal Stability
ASA-GF has a glass transition temperature of 106 degrees Celsius and a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 92-97 degrees Celsius (1.8-0.45 MPa), ensuring reliable performance under extreme heat. This thermal stability makes it ideal for automotive components, industrial machinery, and other applications where maintaining structural integrity at high temperatures is critical.

Optimized for FDM 3D Printing
ASA-GF is designed for easy use with FDM 3D printers. The recommended printing settings include a nozzle temperature of 250-270 degrees Celsius, a bed temperature of 100-110 degrees Celsius (glass, PEI, or PC film), and an enclosure temperature of 60-80 degrees Celsius. Retraction settings of 1-5 mm at 1800-3600 mm/min are recommended. To achieve optimal print quality, dry the filament for 4-6 hours at 70-80 degrees Celsius after prolonged storage.
