With the SST-ECS06 PCIe card from Silverstone, you can operate up to six SATA drives via a PCI Express slot on the mainboard. The current AHCI protocol and SATA 6G with up to 6 Gbit/s are supported. The adapter is also very flexible when it comes to the PCIe slot with its support for PCIe 1.0/1.1, 2.0 and 3.0. An ASMedia ASM1166 SATA host controller is installed. A low profile bracket is included as a replacement for installation in compact systems. Slot: PCIe 3.0 x2.
