Shuttle CXP01 Cable for External Power Button

Some Shuttle XPCs come with a convenient connection for an external power button. If the PC is not easily accessible because it is installed behind a monitor or in a closed case, it can still be easily turned on and off using an external switch. Shuttle offers a 2-meter long cable with the appropriate connectors that simply needs to be connected to an existing button.

Cable

  • Shielded cable in industrial quality
  • Length: approximately 2 meters
  • Cable diameter: 6.5 mm
  • Two-wire stranded: 2x 0.34 mm
  • Color: black

Connection

  • Two-pin header socket connector with a 2.54 mm pitch
  • Two female crimp contacts, tinned

Required Button

The cable is pre-assembled with tinned connection ends for an electrical button of your choice. The connection of the external button can be made via screw terminals or soldering.
