Product details
In the end, everything was good. Carrie had Mr. Big, Charlotte was expecting a child, Miranda had entered a marriage that didn’t require her to sacrifice her career, and even Samantha had a man who didn’t bore her right away. But until then: ice blocks, micro-penises, mama's boys, and those damn existential crises. For six seasons, "Sex and the City" pitted feminist core values (self-determination, self-confidence, women's solidarity) against very pre-feminist notions of the right way to live. It ended as always: women had to humiliate themselves, struggle, keep their spirits up with impulse buys, and come up with plenty of excuses for both themselves and their men. But the world remained as it was. At least you could laugh about it. For a while, anyway.
