The complete package for the network security of your customers.
Consisting of: Securepoint NextGen UTM Firewall Software, Infinity licenses, suitable Securepoint Black Dwarf hardware, on-site service (VOS), extended support, and the Unified Security Report (USR). Everything is provided for the entire duration of the contract.
The hardware is made available for transfer to the specified end customer during the contract period. The hardware has at least the following specifications: 2 x Ethernet (RJ45) connections with 1 GBit and Wi-Fi in a mini-desktop format. The hardware remains the property of Securepoint GmbH.
The on-site service (VOS) usually takes place within one business day (at no additional cost) through a network of selected service partners. The on-site service is available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
The minimum contract duration (MVL) is 12 months. The MVL automatically extends by one additional month after its expiration.
