Scosche myTREK Pulse Monitor

The pulse receiver integrated into the sports armband turns into a personal trainer with the free myTREK app from Scosche. Via iPhone or iPod touch, myTREK supports athletes by measuring their pulse, counting burned calories, managing the training mode, and even handling their music. By being classified into one of five fitness levels, users can assess their physical condition and recognize progress by reaching the next level. The sensor transmits data, such as heart rate, to the Apple device via a Bluetooth connection. Additionally, with the GPS function in the iPhone and the built-in accelerometer, athletes can check their running speed and the distance covered.
