Schneider Electric Process module ZELIO

The ZELIO process module from Schneider Electric is a modular PLC control designed for simple automation tasks. With the ability to integrate I/O modules, this logic module offers a flexible solution that is ideal as an alternative to traditional relay controls or custom circuit board solutions. It features a built-in display and buttons that allow for programming directly on the device in contact plan (KOP). The module provides a total of 10 integrated I/O, including 6 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs, which are implemented as relays. The power supply operates at 24VDC, and the device is equipped with a built-in clock. The terminal block has an IP20 protection rating, while the front panel is protected to IP54. It can be mounted on a 35mm DIN rail, and programming can be done using the free Zelio Soft software in various languages. The module is certified according to CE, cULus Listed, CSA, GL, GOST, and C-Tick.
