The Schabus Cable Exhaust Control KGS 116 is an essential accessory for exhaust systems, such as bathroom fans, which create a negative pressure in the room when insufficient air can flow in. If there is a room air-dependent combustion appliance, such as a gas boiler, there is a risk that dangerous exhaust gases may enter the room.

With the Cable Exhaust Control KGS 116, the exhaust system can only operate when the room air-dependent combustion system is turned off. The control unit is connected via a cable to the potential-free contact (normally closed) of the gas boiler. As soon as combustion starts and the contact closes, the exhaust system (e.g., bathroom fan) is deactivated.
