Sakata 3d WORKDAY Filament PLA Ingeo 3D850 transparent 1.0kg 2.85mm
PLA, 2.85 mm, 1000 g, TransparentProduct details
Workday PLA Ingeo 3D850 transparent 2.85mm 1kg is easy to print like PLA, with heat post treatment offering better properties similar to ABS. The new high-temperature PLA Ingeo 3D850 prints effortlessly and has the potential for dimensional stability (HDT) up to 110 °C, depending on post-processing.
For easy post-processing, place the finished printed object in an oven preheated to approximately 80 - 130 °C for 10 - 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the object cool down. After cooling, the object is temperature resistant up to at least 90 °C.
PLA Ingeo 3D850 HT is a robust and high-quality 3D filament made from biological raw materials, suitable for all common FDM printers. It is easy to handle, making it ideal for demanding 3D printing. Despite a slightly modified composition, this filament retains the familiar properties of PLA, being slightly more stable and less brittle than ordinary PLA. Due to a lower shrinkage factor, PLA Ingeo 3D850 HT will not deform even after cooling.
Polylactic acid is a biodegradable plastic made from renewable, natural resources, making it a popular material for 3D printing.
Print temperature: 190-230 °C
Post-treatment temperature: 80 - 130 °C
Heating bed temperature: Not absolutely necessary due to the low warp effect; recommended approximately 50 - 70 °C or with 3DLac or Magigoo.
Warp effect: Very low
Coil size:
Coil diameter: 200 mm
Coil height: 70 mm
Hub hole diameter: 53 mm
Storage: Cool and dry (15-25 °C) and away from UV light to greatly improve shelf life.
Each desktop 3D printer has its unique characteristics, so you may need to adjust the temperature settings to achieve the best results. Consider variables such as nozzle diameter, print speed settings, and layer height for optimal printing outcomes.
