The new lyre-based suspension for portable recorders offers excellent isolation against vibrations, bumps, and road noise. With the new swivel adapter from 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch, the suspension fits any portable recorder with a 1/4 inch internal thread. The suspension can then be mounted on a 3/8 inch external thread, a microphone stand, or a boom pole, or it can be attached to a camera hot shoe. The 180-degree rotation allows for easy alignment of the recorder, ensuring it points directly at the speaker.

The suspension utilizes the patented "Lyre" to achieve unprecedented isolation and robustness. Unlike rubber or elastic suspensions, the Lyre is unaffected by extreme temperatures, making it suitable for use in the harshest environments.
