This washer thermocouple is available in type K or J with a standard connector. The thermocouple is located in a washer eyelet with a grounded tip for quick response. It features a 6 mm spacer hole and 2 meters of fiberglass insulation, with a stainless steel over-braided extension cable of 7/0.2 mm. It is equipped with cable clamps and a standard thermocouple connector. The device offers good temperature resistance but is not suitable for environments where liquids are present. It has a tolerance class of 2 according to IEC 584. The insulation is rated for temperatures from -60 °C to 350 °C, with short periods up to 400 °C. Color coding for the cores and sheath follows IEC-584-3 standards.
