This surface/immersion probe type K and T features a dual function. It is an all-in-one surface/immersion temperature probe made of 316 stainless steel (food grade) with a sealed silicone rubber tip for overall waterproof assembly. The spiral polyurethane cable measures 2m, and it operates within a temperature range of -30 to +50 °C.
