Why LEDs?
LEDs have many advantages – longevity and low power consumption are the key selling points of an LED. However, there are several other reasons to consider:

• Temperature: LEDs emit a much lower temperature compared to an incandescent or neon lamp.
• Direction: LEDs emit light in only one direction, eliminating the need for additional components like reflectors. However, this does not apply when the LED indicator is used as a PCB signal.
