The RØDE HS2 is a slim, ergonomic and lightweight headset microphone that provides clean, clear and distinct sound for any application where the microphone needs to be close to the presenter's mouth. As
a result of an extensive and complete redesign process, the RØDE HS2 features an adjustable, corrosion resistant, stainless spring steel cantilever arm and headband, combined with flexible hypoallergenic silicone earplugs for maximum flexibility and user comfort. The HS2 is coated with a durable ceramic coating in black (HS2-B) or pink (HS2-P) and is also available in two different sizes (small or large) to ensure the perfect fit and function for each individual. The headset is connected via a 1.2m (4') braided kevlar®-reinforced cable ending in a gold-plated 3.5mm TRS output with a detachable lock nut to provide a secure connection to a variety of recorders and wireless transmitters, including RØDE filmmaker and news shooter kits. Its light weight, comfortable fit, low self-noise, low appearance and user-friendly omnidirectional polar pattern make the HS2 an ideal microphone for film, television, video, theatre, house of worship and live singing.
