The DCR-1542PRO attachment lens is a high-resolution teleconverter. Its optical design features four high-index optical glass lenses arranged in two groups. This construction principle achieves an astonishingly high resolution of 340 lines/mm at the center (MTF30%) with low dispersion and high light transmission. With the appropriate adapter, the DCR-1542PRO can be used with many digital cameras, camcorders, and digital video cameras. The DCR-1542PRO comes with three adapter rings for filter threads of 37 mm, 43 mm, and 46 mm.
