Unfortunately the cable is not suitable, has no Swiss plug! This info was not written anywhere, too bad!
French plug
The one supplied with the screen is a French plug! The screen is therefore unusable as it is!
Inadequate service
Dear Digitec. We live here in Switzerland and NOT in Germany!!!!
A device that is delivered with a power cable MUST, according to the law, be equipped with a CH compliant connection cable!
Why are you sending me a German cable? What am I supposed to do with it?
My only option was to go to the nearest shop and buy a connection cable. Which increased the price of the product accordingly.Not worth its price
There was no HDMI cable enclosed, so I had to buy one to be able to connect the monitor to my laptop.
Besides, the enclosed power cable is not fit for swiss sockets.
The installation process seems to be overly complicated: in the manual I didnt find any indication what I use the enclosed CD for.
As a result, I still haven't been able to set this monitor going and am highly disappointed with this purchase.
It was not that expensive, still the product presents zero value for money.
