    Perfect complement to Thunderbolt Macs

    Another of the last docks with Firewire 800. Works perfectly.

    Pro

    • still has a FW 800 connection
    • 2 of the USB ports are actively powered and are thus suitable for keyboards (WakeUp).

    Very good Docking station for MacBook

    Used on a 4K display (Displayport), with a Firewire device, Gigabit LAN and lots of USB devices, including charging the magic mouse. Everything works fine, is recognized without a driver, and can crash in plug & play

    • The connectivity is excellent, with Firewire!
    • Recognised without problems
    • 2 USB charging ports

    • Does not work without external power supply

    Ideal hub for Thunderbolt MacBooks.

    Nice piece with all the ports that a 2015 Retina MacBookPro itself no longer has: USB, Ethernet and FireWire. A card reader would have been nice.
