Monitor with extensive features, but poor build quality.

The monitor has a comprehensive set of features. However, the build quality is poor. In addition, it takes forever for the monitor to wake up from sleep mode. The picture is okay, but I still can't recommend buying this monitor. There are certainly better monitors on the market, such as the LG 27UD88.

    Pro

    • Good picture quality
    • comprehensive equipment

    Contra

    • poor workmanship
    • Wake-up time from sleep mode takes too long
    • Connections on the monitor only with USB 2.0 speed (at 4K)
    • only inclination adjustable

For 500 top, for 700 just ok

I can agree in part with the reviews of the previous speakers.
Of course, the USB 2.0 speed is annoying, but the USB-C probably only allows 5Gbit through. Much worse is the insufficient power supply at the USB ports, which
does not allow the error-free operation of an external 2.5" USB HDD... (1 star deduction).
Camera and microphone work as they should. However, without wow effect, simply enough for video conferencing. Unfortunately, the camera hangs a bit crooked and the hardcore plastic feel is a 1 star deduction.
The picture leaves nothing to be desired, the look and feel of the screen itself is good, modern and sufficiently valuable. Many connection options. The speakers sound a bit flat and hollow, but I didn't expect more for a business monitor. Still, they are better than most monitors I have heard.
The menu doesn't bother me personally, as I only adjust the screen once, then switch on the blue filter in Windows. For my intended use with a Dell XPS13 for office work, photo editing, a bit of simple / older games, it is completely sufficient and thanks to good illumination, as well as colour representation, I am actually satisfied.

Very, very disappointing and NEVER worth the money

Picture quality is OK, but value is below all expectations. USB-3 function only works with reduction to HD image, with QHD the hubs only serve as USB-2 ports, and the hubs generally only work with image feed via USB-C (e.g. with the MacBook). If you connect the image transmission via DisplayPort (e.g. with the ASUS) and also want to operate the hub via USB-C, you can save the latter, it only works with a stand-alone USB-C connection. The menu navigation is also not worth a franc, neither intuitive nor in a contemporary presentation. The input change button only works when it has switched to standby after detecting the missing source. In addition, it often only recognises the MacBook after the second or third attempt to connect it. In my opinion, it should be thrown out of the range for quality reasons.

    Pro

    • Picture quality

    Contra

    • Processing quality
    • Functionality of the connections
    • Menu navigation
    • Firmware
    • Detects connected MacBook only randomly, often not at all
