Product details
Raise3D Premium Filament PC White
Reliable and durable filament for technical and end-use applications. PC (Polycarbonate) is a strong thermoplastic 3D printing filament known for its excellent impact resistance, high rigidity, heat resistance, and flame retardancy. As a result, PC filament can absorb shocks, prevent deformation or cracking, and remain stable even at high temperatures and in flames. With a heat resistance of 110 °C, PC is well-suited for use in high-temperature environments, such as under the hood of a car. PC is also known for its toughness and is commonly used for manufacturing rigid parts, functional testing, assembly of prefabricated components, and production.
Features:
- Excellent impact toughness
- High rigidity and strength
- High heat resistance
- High toughness
- Flame retardant
- Optical translucency
Applications:
- Electronic enclosures
- Tools and fixtures
- Industrial modeling
- End-use parts
Recommended printing settings:
- Nozzle temperature: 250-270 °C
- Bed temperature: 90-110 °C
- Layer height: 0.1-0.25 mm
- Print speed: 25-90 mm/s
- Cooling fan: Low or off
- Drying temperature: 80 °C
Printing notes: For better bed adhesion, it is recommended to set the bed temperature to 110 °C and turn off the cooling fan during printing. Dry PC filament before printing.
