The Raise3D Industrial PPA (Polyphthalamide) Support Filament is a breakaway support material specifically designed for PPA. During the 3D printing process, it creates a stable support structure and ensures good adhesion to the surface of the printed parts, while also counteracting the tendency to warp, significantly improving the surface quality on both overhangs and in the cavities of the printed parts. After the printing process is complete, the support structure can be easily removed either by hand or with tools from the printed parts. This support material is more cost-effective compared to water-soluble support materials.

This filament is compatible with Raise3D Industrial PPA CF Filament and Raise3D Industrial PPA GF Filament.

Printing Parameters:
Nozzle Temperature: 280°C - 290°C
Print Bed Temperature: 60°C - 80°C
Layer Height: 0.1 mm - 0.25 mm (0.4mm nozzle)
Print Speed: 30 mm/s - 90 mm/s
Fan: off
Drying Temperature: 80°C - 100°C for 4 - 6 hours

Printing Notes: It is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles and higher quality nozzles. Raise3D Industrial PPA Support Filament is moisture-sensitive and should always be stored and used under dry conditions (relative humidity below 15%).
