With the Rademacher DuoFern Universal Dimmer, a cozy lighting atmosphere enters your smart home. The dimming actuator switches and dims all dimmable 230V light sources such as incandescent bulbs, HV halogen lamps, retrofit HV LEDs, as well as electronic transformers for halogen or LED lamps via the HomePilot. The dimmer is suitable for both phase-cut and phase-control systems. Phase-cut and phase-control are methods for switching alternating current. With this circuit, the power of a lamp can be controlled with the light dimmer. The DuoFern Universal Dimmer automatically detects the type of load of the connected light source and selects the appropriate dimming principle. Staircase function: the smart home lamp automatically turns off after a pre-defined time. Dimming speed: the dimmer gradually increases to the previously set brightness. Fine-tuning: the minimum and maximum brightness can also be manually adjusted to different light sources.
