I charge the powerbank with my normal i Phone charging cable/power adapter, there is no separate power adapter included. The powerbank is quite big and heavy, but it has real power, also for the MacBook/i Pad etc....
The powerbank has normal USB-C and USB-A ports and works with any charging cable with a matching plug. In any case, I have never had any problems with any cable. Longer "ordinary" cables are just not as practical to store on the side.

Yes, they go together. However, since the solar panel cannot charge with PD, it will take at least 27 hours of perfect sunlight to charge your power bank.
