A protective film is included in the scope of delivery, i.e. it was pre-installed at the factory. However, the quality is not comparable with glass protection. A cover is also included in the scope of delivery. Please note that the camera on the back protrudes approx. 2.7mm from the casing and that the protective cover cannot prevent the camera from resting unprotected on the table and the phone from tilting back and forth.
Unfortunately, Digitec only gives the legal guarantee. However, you can buy an additional warranty from Digitec for an additional charge. At the Mi Store, you also get a replacement device, while at Digitec you have to wait for the phone to come back from the repair.
Yes, it has. MIUI is on top of it. Anyway, it's possible to get rid of MIUI and install a custom rom, like "Pixel Experience" , check on forum call XDA. The result will be the same OS as the Google pixel phone, without MIUI.
Why is that an impertinence?
The shops are allowed to set their own prices, you are not obliged to shop here.
I rather suspect that it's a mistake, have a look here:
Xiaomi Xia Redmi Note 10 Pro 128-6-4G-gy | Xia Redmi Note 10 Pro 128GB/6GB Gray (128GB, Gray, Dual SIM, 4G)
Why is that? It costs 300€ in Germany, so in Switzerland you can easily get it for 374 Fr... But the price will drop soon anyway and around Black Friday/Cyber Monday you can probably get it for between 250-300 Fr.
