According to research, the MacBook Pro 16 should fit.
According to the manufacturer, the bag is compatible with the models: MacBook Pro 13" / Air 13" / Air 11" compatible. Based on the dimensions, the MacBook 14 should fit.
Unfortunately, it didn't fit so well for the Air 13". I can't say anything about Lenovo.
It's going to be tight, my macbook air 13.3 2015 just barely fits.

No one answered me, but from comparison of dimensions this thing is HUGE for the surface pro 7
According to my own research, it should fit but I can't tell you 100% because we couldn't try it out in such a form.
