I also know the start-up sound problem. I haven't found out how to turn it off. Because of the reboots, I had that too. Even after a factory reset. and then it got worse and worse. Up to 6 reboots until it worked. I sent it in. It was replaced and now it works again.

It seems that there is no detailed instruction manual in German or English. The only documents that seem to exist for this device are the Safety Book with useless safety instructions and a Quick Start Guide. I could not find any documentation online. If you don't have the Quick Start Guide, I can send you a picture of it. However, the Quick Start Guide only tells you how to insert the SIM and SD card, how to switch on the smartphone and what other buttons the smartphone has.

It looks more like a software hang to me, have you ever restarted? If yes and no improvement, reset everything to factory settings. If there is still a problem, send the device back.

The headset supplied has a microphone, so a TRRS socket is probably already installed. And it should be a CTIA jack, but it doesn't say exactly. It seems that CTIA is now the standard for Android as well, and judging by the few results on Google, CTIA definitely seems to have prevailed, although Apple headsets with the mobile phone can still have problems here (apparently they are not 100% compliant with the CTIA standard, hell knows, Apple just...).

The WIM has 5.5 inches. The WIM Lite has 5.0 inches. Please read the article carefully. The specifications of both models are explained in separate paragraphs. In the first paragraph (after the title: New Premium Series: Wiko WIM and WIM Lite), the WIM is mentioned at the end as having a 5.5-inch AMOLED display. In the second paragraph, a five-inch IPS display is mentioned in the middle of the WIM Lite.
