What do I need to use five Ubiquity access points with seamless roaming, all with LAN connection? Do I just hook it all up to a switch or do I need to consider something else?

To configure, you need a CloudKey or UDMPro/UDM. Then either connect them all to one switch.... or, once set up, you can also have the APs meshed with each other. Power would be needed anyway. Therefore, the cleanest way is to connect via POE with Cat. The whole thing is then easy to configure via the Cloudkey or UDM/Pro (networks, guest WLAN network, etc.).

I don't understand the pricing policy: 3 times the single product is cheaper than the 3.set? Analogous to the 5-piece set? Or is there something extra with the sets (although it seems to be the other way round).

Since a set price does not automatically adjust to the individual prices, it may happen that the set price is higher after a reduction of the individual price than if the individual items were ordered separately. According to the information available to us, the scope of delivery of the set does not differ from that of the individual product, except for the number of items.
