During setup, you select the country and the power is regulated accordingly. Of course, this does not prevent anyone from selecting a country that does not have the 100mW limit.
If you report it to digitec, they will send you an adapter.

CPE210s are very powerful. However, I doubt you can do it without visibility.
In the settings, set the country to "Panama". You will be able to set the power up to 27dBm, instead of 11dBm for the "Switzerland" setting.
However, the legal limit is 20dBm, I invite you to respect this.
