Hello Gianluca The float itself doesn't need any power at all, there is no motor or light on it. It needs the battery for the gimbal because you remove the battery (hand) handle to mount it on the float. So the mounted battery feeds the gimbal. 2 Fxlion Nano one batteries have enough capacity for days! However, I operate the Float with two Fxlion Nano two, plus additional weights, in order to have as much lever length as possible on the camera side, even with a heavier camera. If you work with less weight, the lever is simply longer at the back and shorter at the front.
