Questions about Tamron AF 150-500mm f/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD

Can the warranty on a Tamron lens purchased from digitec.ch be extended to 10 years at www.mytamron.ch (product registration) ? Digitec is listed as a dealer on www.mytamron.ch. Brack.ch is also on the dealer list. If you look at lenses from Tamron on www.brack.ch, they advertise the "Swiss warranty 10 years" ! I can't find any reference to a 10-year guarantee on digitec.ch.

It was already asked before, and answered by several people around 7 months ago, but I don't see an official statement from Digitec, nor is clear to me who currently is the provider/importer of this lens in order to determine: if I buy the lens from Digitec as of August 2023, can I register them for the Tamron Switzerland 10 year warranty or not ? https://5years.tamron.eu/additional-information/ch/

In the meantime, this lens is available from several well-known competitors for under 1700.

Hopefully no one will pay the Tamron Moon RRP of over 2000 Stutz. You can get the Sony FE 200-600 G for much less. The same in Germany. Lunar RRP of 2000 euros. But dealers are already listing the lens for 1499 euros before it goes on sale.

Well, digitec. I gave you a long time and hoped the price would "normalise". Unfortunately not, and for once I cheated today. It's a pity digitec couldn't do anything about it, but that's the market, too, when the customer orders from a competitor.
