On steelseries' website it's said that to connect it to a PC, you need a Xbox Wireless dongle, but also that it has Bluetooth for mobile. So, is it possible to connect it to a PC using Bluetooth?

Yes, it is also compatible with it. I have an Xbox series X and PC myself. The headset even works with the Oculus.

Why is this headset identical to https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/steelseries-arctis-9x-kabellos-gaming-headset-14365363 only more expensive and not compatible with the xbox series? I was looking forward to using this with my xbox series x but the description says it is only compatible with xbox one.

I wanted to connect my arctis 9 to my phone via bluetooth but it doesn't work.when i press the bluetooth button it beeps once and flashes blue and then it beeps again in a different tone but i can't find the headset on my i phone on bluetooth.please help

Pressing the Bluetooth button longer will probably be the solution. BT is switched on/off at the first beep. Just keep pressing until another beep follows, then the headset is in pairing mode.
