Questions about Sony PlayStation credit

What kind of a mess is this? .... You BUY a PSN card and want to redeem it and first you have to search for 15 minutes where exactly and then it doesn't even work or you don't get a code to download... Is this all going in the direction of fraud?

I have the same problem as the others. I just can't get a code or anything else, which really gets on my nerves. I would be happy if this would start working.

I paid it with twint but it is not in my profile can someone show me exactly everything step by step? Thanks in advance ☺☺

I have been waiting for my code for about 1 hour, but it only says "being generated". Otherwise I only had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Has anyone else had this problem?

I buy the plan today on 23.1.2023 but the code is nowhere so when I order it says code but as soon as I press it nothing happens I need the psn now and not in a roundabout way if you are not able to run such a system then better leave it altogether see below in the comments other people affected and it was years ago

To generate a voucher they need more than 5Sth ost a mess rather buy such vouchers in a shop or Twint but Digitec Galaxus disappoints me more and more. I will never buy anything from them again, even with other articles they didn't want to give it. And the staff should learn a little decency towards customers!
