How is it possible that until midnight, when the cashback promotion was still running, practically all types of devices in the Samsung Fold and Flip line were sold out? As if by magic after midnight, as soon as the cashback promotion was over, the stocks filled up and all devices of all configurations are immediately available. It seems that this deal was not lucrative for you and so you simply "hid" the devices. Not a nice gesture towards your customers!

Apparently it was an error in the database, fortunately the prices are back to normal and have been corrected.

On Samsung CH this is not mentioned (I also looked), only screen repair. Overall the offer is the same as with all re-sellers : https://www.samsung.com/ch_fr/offer/mobile/galaxy-z-preorder/

Here is the provider's answer: Yes, but it must first be activated in Switzerland with a Swiss SIM card - only then will it work.

Does the price already assume a trade-in or is the bonus a further discount i.e. if you give in your phone it will be 1599chf? I ask because I have no phone to trade in. Thank you.

1799.- is the price before all the discount. Bonus and residual value of your old phone comes on top
