Hello, in addition to the usual PIN, movement and password methods, the Samsung system on this phone also suggests biometric data for security purposes. You can only select facial recognition in this area of the settings, but not the fingerprint. This can probably be done via an app if required. I haven't tried it myself because it's not important to me.

If it is an EU version, this simply means that the device is intended for the European market. Even if it works there, there will be problems at the latest in the event of a guarantee or warranty claim. I would rather not do it. Aren't Samsung phones even cheaper there?

Apparently, this should be quite simple and directly visible under the indication of the software version in the menu of the unit. I apologise for not having a more suitable answer or guidance for you. Best regards, your team from Galaxus.

Then I think this smartphone is the right one for you. Relatively cheap and "tough as nails". In any case, I've already dropped it on the floor several times and it survived... but of course, even this device is not indestructible.
